1. General Instructions

For all our products and services, FusioBuild Tech strongly recommends consulting local architects and engineers to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. For more detailed design solutions, please contact us through the form or the contact information provided below.
Copyright Notice: All rights to the designs (including drawings and models) belong to FusioBuild Tech. This product is for personal use only; commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Delivery & Shipping Instructions

(1) Drawing & Design Services

After confirming your order, FusioBuild Tech will send the electronic version of drawings and models to your reserved email within 24 hours, and ship the printed paper drawings to your designated address via a courier service within 72 hours.
Electronic products (drawings, models) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, and order cancellation is not allowed.
For paper drawings: Returns are only allowed if there is damage during transportation (supported by unboxing photos). We offer A3 laser-printed drawings by default; customized printing (e.g., blueprint, tracing paper) is available upon request.

(2) Steel Staircase Products

Logistics Scope: We only undertake the shipping from our warehouse to the destination country’s consolidation warehouse. You may request local staff to take photos of the package for record-keeping to avoid damage disputes.
Insurance & Inspection: We provide insurance for loss and damage. Upon arrival at the consolidation warehouse, please inspect the goods immediately. If there is any damage or missing parts, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us promptly for free replacement.
Shipping Responsibility: The buyer shall bear the cost of transportation from the consolidation warehouse to the final destination. If the consolidation warehouse rejects the goods due to non-compliance, the buyer shall bear all related costs.

3. Refund & Return Policy

(1) Design & Drawing Services

Pre-designed drawings (non-customized): Non-refundable.
Customized design services:
  • 50% refund if you are not satisfied with the preliminary design proposal.
  • For failed third-party review of construction drawings, we will provide free optimization; if optimization fails, the refund amount shall not exceed 30% of the total design fee.

(2) Steel Staircase Products

Customized steel stairs are non-refundable if:
  • The design drawings are confirmed by the buyer, and the products are manufactured in accordance with the drawings.
  • The buyer provides incorrect information or fails to pass the review due to their own reasons.
Refunds are available only for:
  • Manufacturing defects caused by our design errors or material deviations.
  • Damage during transportation (compensation for the difference between the actual loss and the carrier’s compensation).
Note: Damage caused by improper storage, failure to follow installation guidelines, or outdoor environmental factors is not covered by the warranty.
