A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the finalized plan. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment.

Lead Time

The standard lead time is 40–50 days after deposit payment. We will optimize production scheduling based on your order volume and customization requirements to deliver your goods as quickly as possible.

Minimum Order & Discounts

We accept orders for single units with no strict minimum quantity requirements. Larger order volumes qualify for more favorable discount tiers—details available upon consultation.

Customization & Design Service

Custom manufacturing is available based on your provided drawings. We also offer free steel staircase design services. Production will commence only after the design drawings are confirmed in writing and the deposit is received.
